Stay Mentally Sharp With Daily Social Interaction

There have been numerous studies that have confirmed that social interaction can help keep a person’s mind sharp. One study analyzed over 3,600 people from the ages of 24 to the age of 96 to verify that talking to just one person for only 10 minutes a day can help boost mental function. Talking to other people can keep the mind just as sharp as if the person was doing mental exercises.
